My name is Karen Robertson.

I am an aspiring author who loves to daydream and write about going on adventures. As a kid, I could not get enough of movies like “Indian Jones”, “Star Wars” and the TV series “Star Trek”. I really wanted to live that adventure. I also love spy movies, superhero’s and anything sci-fi fantasy.

Call me a geek – I am cool with that.

ADVENTURE ON THE HORIZON – My first full middle grade novel. I have been writing for sometime now, but never actually finished any of my projects. Adventure on the Horizon was an exercise in putting together everything that I have learned about writing a novel; the plotting process, character building, proper formatting and revising. And of course writing a great adventure.
